The Milton-Freewater Chamber of Commerce ensures a thriving economy by working closely with business and community leaders to promote commerce, trade, and industry. This includes recruiting new companies, developing a welcoming environment for entrepreneurs, and helping to grow existing businesses. These efforts result in job creation and a diverse local economy.
Additionally, the Chamber nurtures small businesses by providing the resources they need to get started and keep going including research, low-cost marketing, networking opportunities, and promotion of your business to existing members.
Ribbon Cuttings and Grand Openings are performed by our Ambassadors to help promote and support new local businesses. These events are always super fun! They are usually held in the evening to encourage new visitors and result in increased foot traffic and sales for the business.
